What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address (and optionally the page you subscribed from), processed by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, to send the weekly briefing. beehiiv may record email opens and clicks. Legal basis: consent.
• Analytics: none on this website. If we add analytics later it will be cookieless and aggregate only, and this notice will be updated.
• Hosting logs: our host, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses in server logs for security.

What we don't do

• No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
• We never sell or share subscriber lists with sponsors.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email via the link in its footer, and request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@otgovernanceradar.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
